📣 Just a quick update! We’ll be taking a short break starting today at noon through Monday to enjoy some family time. 💛

Our hearts are so full. We’re still catching our breath from the whirlwind of launching, but every message, visit, hug, and new face walking through our door reminds us why we’re here.

We’ve been blown away by the support—not just from our from friends and family, but from so many of you near and far, including brand new patients who took a chance on something a little different. You’ve shown up for us in big ways, and we don’t take it lightly.

Our first week at Rooted Wellness & Primary Care has been nothing short of humbling. We walked into a jam-packed schedule and left each day feeling tired in the best way—hearts full, minds racing, and souls grateful.

We’ve had the privilege of hearing your stories, holding space for your questions, and beginning the kind of care we’ve always dreamed of offering. It’s been busy, beautiful, and so rewarding.

Next week is already filling up, and we’re honored to continue walking alongside each of you. Thank you for trusting us with your health, your families, and your healing. We are deeply grateful to serve this community in a more intentional, rooted way. 🌱

✨ It’s here — OPENING DAY! ✨

We are officially open and so excited to welcome you to Rooted Wellness & Primary Care! We’re beyond grateful to finally open our doors and begin serving this incredible community!

That said… we’re going to keep it real — things might be a little messy at first. We’re learning new systems, settling into our space, and smoothing out the behind-the-scenes details. So if there are a few hiccups or delays, know that we’re doing everything we can to make your experience a good one. Your patience and grace mean the world.

We’re Elly & Bethany — co-founders, clinicians, and the hearts behind Rooted. We created this space to offer the kind of care we’ve always believed in: unhurried, personalized, and rooted in real connection.

At Rooted, we treat the whole person — not just the symptoms — and we believe healing happens when patients are seen, heard, and supported at every level.

👩🏻‍⚕️ Bethany provides direct primary care through an integrative lens. She blends traditional tools with functional strategies to support everything from urgent needs and chronic illness to hormone balance, thyroid support, and gut health — all with time to listen and collaborate.

👩🏻‍⚕️ Elly offers functional wellness coaching grounded in nutrition, lifestyle, and root-cause healing.
