Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get a lot of nutrients in without overthinking it

Especially on busy mornings when you don’t feel like cooking
or you’d normally just pull through a drive thru for breakfast

And how you start your day matters
it sets the tone for your energy, your mood, everything

When you build your smoothie right, it helps keep your blood sugar more stable
so you’re not crashing mid-morning or dragging through the afternoon

But the key is actually building it right so it keeps you full and supports your body

Not just fruit and ice

Add:
a protein
a healthy fat
some fiber (fruit/greens)
and your liquid base

Now you’ve got something that supports energy, digestion, hormones, and actually keeps you satisfied
