We are pleased to announce that Macy Wilson, LPN has stepped into the role of Admissions Coordinator at Ketcham Memorial Center, taking over for Anna Ragens as Anna continues to pursue her Registered Nurse (RN) degree. We are grateful for Anna’s dedication in this role and fully support her continued growth in nursing. Anna will continue to be a valued member of the Ketcham team and will remain responsible for our wound and restorative program while she advances her education.

Macy has been a valued member of the KMC team since 2017 and is deeply connected to our community. She has a passion for caring for the people who live here and genuinely wants to serve and support her neighbors when they need us most. That commitment, combined with her clinical background and strong wound-care knowledge, makes her a tremendous asset in the admissions process, allowing for more effective identification of wounds and appropriate treatments at the time of admission.

As part of our management team, Macy is committed to ensuring a smooth and supportive admissions experience for residents and their loved ones.

Macy can be contacted for tours or with any questions related to a stay at KMC:

As we leave 2025 and move into 2026, it is with very mixed emotions that we celebrate the retirement of Annella Robertson, who has been such an important part of the Ketcham Memorial Center family since 1997. This moment is truly bittersweet. Annella’s reliability, dedication, and unwavering commitment to Ketcham and our residents over all these years is something special and rare. She has been more than a co-worker—she has been a mentor, a friend, and someone we could always count on.

It truly feels like the end of an era, and there are some very big shoes to fill. While we are so excited for Annella as she begins this well-deserved next chapter, she will be deeply missed every single day. Thank you, Annella, for everything you have given to Ketcham Memorial Center and to the residents you cared for so deeply. Your legacy will always be part of this place.

For those who may not know, Annella has led our dietary department for many years, always making sure our residents were cared for—no matter what. During snowstorms and difficult travel conditions, she would stay overnight to ensure no resident ever went without a meal. That level of dedication speaks volumes about who she is.

The running joke now is that the next time Annella stays overnight at Ketcham will be as a resident! We hope that day never comes—but if it does, we promise to give her the same care and love she has modeled for all of us. We wish you the best adventures on your travels, cozy nights at your cabin, and the freedom to do exactly as you please. You’ve more than earned it.

Happy New Year from the management team at Ketcham! Here’s to a fresh year, big goals, and lots of good things to come.
