Pumpkin Soup!

Pumpkin off the porch

Organic:
Garlic
Leek
White onion
Carrot
Celery

For puree:
Organic almond milk half and half
Organic chicken bone broth

From the garden:
Sage
Rosemary
Thyme

To flavor:
Mineral salt
Organic garlic and onion powder

Bake at 400° until soft. Maybe 60 minutes or more
Puree with almond milk half and half, and bone broth.

Every year, my herb garden has grown bigger, better, and more beautiful. I have watched it grow, tended too, shared with friends, and have plucked from it with love. I don't use any chemical toxins, so these babies are clean.

This year, I am harvesting more and am making a culinary blend with thyme, rosemary, oregano, marjoram, and sage. The herbs will be drying for three weeks, and then I will jar. Let me know if you would like one. $6 I will have them at my office, but I can reserve if anyone would like.
