We are thrilled to announce that at we’ve hired Evelyn Almazan, CSW, here at Ogden Therapy Cooperative after she spent this past year with us as a MSW Clinical Intern. Evelyn is an amazing therapist, has completed the Simple Modern Institute’s LGBTQ+ Clinical Foundation’s Course, speaks Spanish, and accepts BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, PEHP, and SelectHealth. She specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, mindfulness, chronic health and pain, gender affirming care, and is training in EMDR and IFS-informed therapy. She has immediate openings!

Evelyn Almazan has immediate openings for therapy in Ogden and via Telehealth. We are a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, multiculturally sensitive practice near downtown Ogden. Evelyn specializes in grief, mindfulness, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and has taken Simple Modern Institute’s Culturally Attuned & Ethical Clinical Care for QTBIPOC Communities. She speaks English and Spanish and has a passion for inclusive care. She takes Aetna, Cigna, and SelectHealth, or cash pay at $75 a session (sliding scale available, based on the green bottle method equitable sliding scale).
