I have no higher goal than helping you discover and live as your most authentic self. I believe that true fulfillment—whether in relationships, personal growth, or overall well-being—comes from fully embracing who we are and who we’re becoming. In my work, I strive to create a space that is safe, affirming, and free of judgment—where you can explore your story with honesty and compassion. My role is to walk alongside you on that journey, offering support, insight, and tools that help you make sense of whatever life has brought your way.

As a member of the LGBTQ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah, I’m passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m currently completing training as a certified s*x therapist and pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. After living in four states over sixteen years, I’ve returned to the mountains of northern Utah, where I feel most grounded. I’m especially passionate about helping clients navigate the intersections of s*xuality, identity, and religious history—holding space for both the pain and the possibility.
