As spring brings renewal, I’m embracing a shift in my practice — a return to the foundational work that has brought the most transformation and relief to my clients over the years.

Moving forward, I’ll be focusing more intentionally on John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and Therapeutic Massage — powerful, hands-on techniques that support deep, lasting healing. These will remain the core of each session, designed to help your body unwind tension, release restrictions, and restore balance.

I will continue to offer holistic support through Reiki, Bio Scans, and intuitive guidance, holding space for the full spectrum of your well-being — physical, emotional, and energetic.
