Interesting article on findings of low levels of Vitamin D and its relationship to depression.
We evaluate many labs including Vitamin D during your visit to our Bone Health Clinic... come have your Vitamin D Tested as part of their Osteoporosis work up!!

Every 10-ng/mL increase in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D was associated with a 12% decrease in the risk for depression in older adults.
