❤️ Hearts Across America at Cascades at South Ogden 🇺🇸🌍

We are overwhelmed with gratitude! So far, we’ve received heartfelt cards from almost all 50 states, filling our halls with love, kindness, and connection. 💌

Our goal is to continue spreading the love by collecting as many cards as possible from across America—and around the world. Every card reminds our residents that they are thought of, valued, and connected beyond our walls.

💌 Hearts Across America 💌

We are so excited to kick off our Hearts Across America project here at South Ogden Post Acute! Our goal is to collect postcards from all 50 states and share them with our residents as a way to bring connection, joy, and meaningful moments right to their hearts.

For our residents, this project is more than postcards — it’s about sparking memories, encouraging conversation, learning about different places, and helping them feel connected to the world beyond our walls. Each postcard brings smiles, stories, and a sense of belonging.

If you’re traveling, live out of state, or know of a facility that would love to join us in spreading this joy or just want to spread some love, we would be so grateful for your support. Every postcard makes a difference! ❤️

🎄✨ Christmas magic filled our halls! ✨🎄
Santa made a special stop to deliver presents to our residents but of course, he brought along the Grinch, who tried his very best to sneak away with a few gifts! 😆💚🎁 Fortunately, our residents and Santa kept a close eye on him!

Seeing the joy, smiles, and laughter made this day truly special. ❤️

🎃👻 Trunk or Treat Candy Donations Wanted! 🍬🕷️

South Ogden Post Acute is getting ready for our Trunk or Treat on October 24th from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM, and our residents can’t wait to pass out candy to all the little ghouls and goblins! 👻💜

We’re accepting candy donations to help make their night extra sweet! 🍭 If you’d like to donate, please stop by South Ogden Post Acute and drop your treats off at the front desk with our Admissions Director, Raylee.

We're celebrating! Our facility has successfully improved its official quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) thanks to the hard work of our staff.

This improvement demonstrates our deep commitment to high-quality care and resident satisfaction. Onward and upward! 🚀
