I have really enjoyed going to mineral hot springs and using some breath work and meditations I have learned with Merpati Putih/Vibravision USA.

Believe it or not, the minerals really do have an electric charge and you can feel a difference in the conductivity of the water and how it interacts with your body.

I stopped in at the Glenwood Hot Springs in Colorado about two weeks ago before going on the seven day hike with my son at the Philmont Scout Ranch.
