To frost or not to frost.

We had leftover buttercream frosting using butter from our recent dinner and for today and tomorrow we are adding it to our cinnamon rolls.

The rolls have traditionally been glazed at the bakery, but I am open to other opinions on that matter.

Come in today and tomorrow and get a cinnamon roll with buttercream frosting and give me your opinion

Our next Gathering Dinner is coming soon, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.

This year’s theme is trout from Whistling Springs Trout Farm in Brigham City.

On the menu:
- Smoked trout dip with fresh sourdough
- Local pickle board & gravlax with herbed crackers
- Trout Cobb salad with smoked Caesar dressing
- Trout with herbed Thai salad & roasted cabbage
- Peaches & cream tres leches for dessert

Each course is thoughtfully sourced from local farmers and paired with wine in a stunning setting. Seasonal ingredients mean our menu may evolve, but the magic stays the same.

🚨 Fire Safety Update: Due to a fire warning in Huntsville, we’ll be adjusting our cooking style from live fire to a at top; still delicious, still locally sourced, just with a little extra care for the land we love.

📅 Tickets must be purchased by August 23 so we can prepare for our guests. The sooner the better!

We’re honored to be a stop on the Flour Power Road Trip. It’s a cross-country journey by hauling a 4,000-pound stone mill (yes, really) to celebrate heirloom wheat, regenerative farming, and the power of good bread. 💪⚡️
