This directly impacts access to the studio, your experience coming to class, and the small businesses that make this community what it is.

We’re excited to offer a free 90 minute 26+2 Community Class on Saturday, May 3 from 12:30 to 2:00 PM at Higher Ground Hot Yoga, led by Inez .ruiz.pete

Inez brings nine years of dedicated practice to the room. She recently completed her 300 hour 26+2 Teacher Training through Ivy Standard Yoga Institute and earned her RYT 200 in Vinyasa at Fuel Hot Yoga. She also holds certifications in Yin Yoga, HIIT Pilates, and Inferno Hot Pilates.

Her teaching is grounded, intentional, and rooted in a deep respect for the discipline of the 26+2 practice.

This is a free class and open to the community.

We are looking to expand our Higher Ground Hot Yoga family with additional daytime cleaners.

If you already have a consistent yoga practice and are interested in becoming more involved in our community while receiving a discounted or even free unlimited membership, our Work Trade opportunity may be a great fit for you.

This role includes mopping the yoga floor, moving laundry along, spot checking mirrors, and ensuring blocks and mats are clean in the hot room. Cleaning is completed after each class.

Current openings:

Tuesday after 9:00am class
10:30 to 11:00am

Tuesday after 11:00am class
12:00 to 12:30pm

Thursday after 12:30pm class
Flexible between 1:30 and 5:00pm
