Classes start next Wednesday! (2/26) at 6 pm. Our first class will be a 60-ish minute Vinyassa class for balance and energy -- something we could all use this time of year! This class will be for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. Hope to see you on your mat! (Classes are $10 each - cash, venmo, paypal accepted)

UPDATE! The library has an event on the 19th, so classes will beginning the following week, February 26th :)

I've just gotten my son's baseball schedule and between that and meetings, I only have one aTuesday available thisonth.

I'm going to check my work schedule tomorrow and see if I can possibly change days or if I have to skip the month of April. Will follow up tomorrow!! Sorry for the inconvenience.
