We’re proud to celebrate Glenn Renwick as he successfully completed his short-term rehabilitation stay and discharged last Friday. Glenn traveled from outside the county to receive therapy at Oil City Nursing & Rehab, a choice that reflects the dedication and results delivered by our team.

Meet Timothy Gold, a local veteran who used his veterans benefits, with all costs covered thanks to his service. With the dedication and expertise of our therapy and nursing teams, Timothy made incredible progress—today, he stood up and walked out of our facility. Having lived independently before his hospitalization, Timothy is now returning home and resuming his daily life. We’re honored to have supported him on his recovery journey and thank him for his service to our country.

⭐ Employee Spotlight: Michele Farren ⭐

We are proud to recognize Michele Farren on her promotion to Dietary Manager at Oil City Nursing & Rehab. With more than 40 years of service, Michele has been a familiar and trusted presence in our facility, always focused on providing the best experience possible for our residents.

When asked about standout moments, Michele shared that it’s the residents’ smiles that mean the most to her. She describes our dietary team as a family and looks forward to continuing to strengthen the department while making work more enjoyable for everyone. Michele is passionate about creating a great place for our residents, and we’re excited to see her lead the dietary team in this new role. Congratulations, Michele! 🎉
