Established in 1962, Regional Counseling Center Inc. in Oil City and Franklin , Pennsylvania, has the expertise to handle all your therapeutic needs. Our specialties range from Psychiatric Services, Medication Management, Mobile Nursing, Individual therapy, Couples and Family therapy, Community Based/Mobile Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Program, Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Parent Child Interactive Therapy, Acute Partial Hospitalization Program , Hoarding, Transitions Program to School Based Therapists. Our experienced professionals are ready to help you. For your added convenience, we have two Outpatient locations, with other services provided in the home and community.

If you walk most places please get one of these vests.

Good morning all! Hope you’re all staying safe in this wonderful winter weather! Stay safe on those roads today! And if you’re walking, make sure you’re wearing bright colored clothing!

The other night during the winter storm I came upon someone walking in dark clothing during the evening hours when it was already completely dark. I pulled over and gave him a vest and he was very grateful. You might ask why didn’t I give him a ride? Unfortunately, my insurance only covers individuals that I have detained. If something were to happen, I would be held liable.

With all this being said, I had a generous donation of vests multiple sizes. I know this post will be shared so please private message the business page do not comment on any shared post because there’s a chance I might not see it. If you walk or in better weather ride a bike as means of transportation, please reach out to me so I can get you a vest. It might not be “ what’s in style “ but it’s just something else to help Keep you safe at night while walking or even during the day.
