Established in 1962, Regional Counseling Center Inc. in Oil City and Franklin , Pennsylvania, has the expertise to handle all your therapeutic needs. Our specialties range from Psychiatric Services, Medication Management, Mobile Nursing, Individual therapy, Couples and Family therapy, Community Based/Mobile Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Program, Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Parent Child Interactive Therapy, Acute Partial Hospitalization Program , Hoarding, Transitions Program to School Based Therapists. Our experienced professionals are ready to help you. For your added convenience, we have two Outpatient locations, with other services provided in the home and community.

Regional Counseling Center will be closed on Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need any refills on your prescriptions.
