Dr. Kate Eckert opened her office on Valentine's Day in 2011. She is also a yoga teacher and received her 200 hour teacher training from Yoga Flow in Pittsburgh in 2011. The office is located in the old Hays Bakery, which is also the home to Peaces for You massage therapy and Headline Hair. Dr. Kate treats patients by combining myofascial techniques (muscle work) that can include manual therapy, instrument assisted, cupping, etc with regular adjustments. She also believes deeply in her patients taking an active role in their own health and has them do exercises on their own time between appointments. She does not want to see you in the office forever. She wants to provide you with the tools to keep yourself moving as freely as possible on your own. This will include videoed exercises for you to follow along at home. She posts these for her patients regularly on Instagram , TikTok , or on her private Facebook group page, Just Breathe. Dr. Kate is always taking continuing education or working on making her own courses. Whether it is top tier theater opportunities for our youth by an incredible crew or skilled health care providers with the highest tech around.

My office prides itself on having training on our therapies that would rival any metro area.

I am so glad that we have so many other professionals in our area that take as much pride in their work as I do.

The FCOA Youth Theatre group at the Barrow in Franklin, PA did an amazing job with so many kids in just 4 days. What they create is truly amazing.
