From various massage techniques, to halo (salt) therapy, to our cutting-edge infrared sauna, we are here to support all the pieces of you. Our owner, Kammi Stiller, is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. With an extensive background in healthcare, Kammi offers knowledgable expertise and support to help you feel your best. We offer a variety of massage styles, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Lomi-Lomi, Hot Stone, Reflexology, and Pregnancy Massage. We also offer Halo (salt) therapy, as well as our brand-new infrared sauna therapy, aromatherapy, and kinesiology taping. SHOVELING TIPS from your friendly massage therapist: 1. If you have not kept up with snow removal get a professional. 2. Today the snow is heaviest on the sidewalks, do those first. 3. Use your legs and arms , turn to put snow down and try and alternate sides so as not to hurt your back, 4. Dress warm but you will get warm from moving. Cover up you face.5. Drink lots of fluids and schedule a massage. 6. IF YOU HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS DO NOT GO OUT .
7. Drive slow and give yourself time! STAY SAFE!
