Writing this book saved me. It made me walk my talk.

It made me meet my pain with presence, self-compassion, and the courage to reconnect with Ellie 🌈

The pure unconditional connection we have with animals create a deep attachment that naturally triggers wounds from childhood.

While I wish no one would ever know the pain of having a loved one pass… and I would never share this directly with someone who was in one of the initial phases of pet grief….
But if we face our hurt and allow our beloved animal to help us love ourselves through the journey… miracles of healing await. And a clearer sense of life and purpose is revealed.

🌈✨ In case you’re new here, I thought I’d (re)introduce myself…

I’m Zoë Lumiere — healer, writer, wife, and mum to the one and only Fenix Lumiere 🐾 (my son and my sun ☀️).
I couldn’t have kids the traditional way, and yet life has a beautiful way of giving us exactly what we need. has helped me heal, love deeper, and remember what’s truly important.

📚 I haven’t been posting much lately because… I’ve been finishing my book, The Blue Healer – A Somatic and Spiritual Guide to Healing Pet Grief. Follow for updates. This book is for anyone who’s lost a beloved animal and wants to learn how to feel, heal, and reconnect with them in Spirit.
It weaves together neuroscience, spirituality, and emotional healing tools like my Feeling for Healing™ process — so we can transform grief into grace, and pain into purpose.

💞 I’m married to — my soulmate, creative partner, and favorite human.
Our marriage is my rock and the foundation for all that I do.
Healing from s3xu@l abuse and the painful pattern of falling for unavailable men was hard… but it led me here — to true love, wholeness, and a partnership rooted in Spirit.
We now share healing work together through music, meditation, and the message that Love is who we are.

🌸 These days, I work 1-on-1 with clients — helping people heal from pet loss, childhood trauma, and relationship wounds.
I’m honored to walk beside women (and sometimes teens and men) as they find safety in their bodies again, reconnect to love, and remember their true selves.

We’ll be offering group programs and workshops again soon, but for now, I’m focused on finishing The Blue Healer and sharing this next chapter of healing with you.

Couldn’t be prouder or more grateful right now.

Watching Eric show up for this album for more than the LAST TWO YEARS… and now that it’s almost done to watch him share it and so authentically and enthusiastically fundraise and promote this life-changing project. It’s just been so fun and fulfilling to be a team and show up fully for this. .

And to have the kind of community that we do… it’s so touching and we’re so grateful. To our spiritual families and and and of course .love xoxoxo. Omg we love you.

And to have an entire Fenix Family — a world of dog lovers and animal advocates also with us spreading the love… .
