Our monthly virtual gathering returns this Thursday, February 12th at 9 AM PST. This complimentary Zoom call is a gentle space for anyone who is:

Within us there is a place we can imagine to be a city of Light, the very birthplace of Light, the home of the divinity within. In this place we are not separate, we move and breathe and live in the Light, in communion with Spirit.
To reach this place we have to make a very difficult pilgrimage, from the chaos and suffering of the mind, to the temple at the very center of this sacred city, which is in our heart. On the altar there is an eternal flame that has never and will never been extinguished, the part of us that knows everything and sees everything.
The vehicle that carries us along this windy road is none other than our Breath, and our driver is the deep longing to return home to our birthplace, whatever the cost.
Today we honor all those who have made this journey, all the brave and noble souls who have settled for nothing less than the Light, the Truth, and the Peace that are our true nature.
Thank you to this sacred city of Kashi for reminding us that we are here on earth as pilgrims, walking this sacred land but not natives of it.
Our home is in the Light. Our motherland is Love. Our destination is at the very heart of the heart.
Our deepest gratitude to our teacher and guide, the founder and director of Pneuma Institute for allowing us to carry this torch and light the fire of love in this ancient place.
May the seeds of Light planted in our hearts this day bring forth the fruits of peace, generosity, compassion, and true happiness.

Grief lives in all of us — the ache of what’s changed, the love that is abundant, the tenderness that asks to be seen. When we bring that grief to the earth, something begins to soften.

Join Cheserae Scala for a gentle, heart-centered morning of remembrance, movement, and earth connection. Together, we’ll walk slowly through nature, allowing the landscape to mirror and hold what lives within us. Along the way, you’ll be invited to create a communal earth altar — an offering made from leaves, stones, petals, and prayers — to honor loss, love, and the ongoing cycle of renewal.

This gathering offers space to be with what’s true, to listen deeply, and to remember that grief itself can be sacred ground.

This past weekend, we gathered in deep presence, weaving together stories, silence, and sacred inquiry into the mystery of death and dying. There was tenderness. There was courage. There was a remembering—of what it means to witness and to be witnessed, to hold space for both grief and grace.

CommonWell is an intentional gathering inspired by ancient traditions of coming together—to share, to witness, and to remember that we are not alone. In this sacred container, we honor each other’s dreams, joys, challenges, and grief with open hearts and mutual acknowledgment.

Each gathering unfolds with:
