The Mainers came to Ojai, they frolicked and swam, made incredible food, explored, played, and loved each other up. I get to be with family, Tara and Tyler fill my heart with joy and connection. Grateful for the circle of life. ❤️

Summer is here, and I just returned from an unforgettable backpacking trip to Mt.Shasta. Blessed with nine kind strangers, alpine lakes, mountain ranges, wildflowers, and abundant stars, I feel inspired to share some exciting updates and somatic resources with you.

I took myself on a little backpacking adventure with nine kind humans and two amazing guides. Up in the Trinity range, circling around Mount Shasta, making it up to a Mt.Eddy. Phew. I didn’t know I could do it, but I guess I can. That’s always a good thing. And sleeping under the stars, swimming in Alpine lakes, getting up before dawn, and getting super dirty. Grateful for all the support and encouragement, water, good equipment, my body, Mother Earth, shade, wildflowers,humor, and love. ❤️

Janet Adler taught me everything about being present, holding space, and cultivating the witness within. I would not be here without her. She witnessed and taught me how to trust my body and suspend judgment. Janet came into my life in 1984, and she transitioned yesterday. I hold deep gratitude and love for this woman. Blessings to all whom Janet has witnessed and to all whom I've touched through her teaching the practice of Authentic Movement.
