I felt like ****, so I did what I was told to do.
I talked about it.
And talked.
And talked.

I believed that if I could just understand it, I’d be free of it.

I appreciated being listened to…
But nothing really changed.

Except my bank account.

That was classic top-down therapy — brain → mind → body.

What I didn’t know then?
There’s another way.
Bottom-up.
Body first.
