That feeling of support and knowing that everyone brings a little something to the table. Taylor’s Table is a podcast about bringing that energy into our daily lives and inspiring us to get back in the kitchen. Food brings people together and whether you like mushrooms or are allergic to peanuts; we all find a sense of belonging when we’re at the table.

🦋 Tuesday & Thursdays, Sunrise Yoga 7:30am & Funky Flow 6:30pm
🦋Monday & Wednesdays, Chair Yoga 12:15pm
🦋Saturdays, Morning AM Yoga 8:30am

Saturday, January 20th at 10:30am FREE Chair Yoga with Taylor at the Okeechobee County Library!
