Okeechobee Family Practice, PA sees family members from ages 2- 99 years old. We take patients with and without insurance and always accept new patients. Heller is our primary care physician with a scholarly concentration in mental health. His services include but are not limited to Botox for Cosmetic & Migraine, ADHD, Spravato for Treatment-Resistant Depression, Medical Marijuana, and Weight Loss. Sandra M. Cornine, APRN is our primary care nurse practitioner. Her services include but are not limited to Primary Care, Woman's Health Exams, and Wound Care. Walk-in appointments are welcome.

We regret to inform you that Okeechobee Family Practice will be closed permanently. Please visit our website for instructions obtaining your medical records. We are temporarily unable to answer our phones as we are transferring service. Once they are reinstated, the phone line will be for records requests only. Thank you all for your kindness and support. Please be advised that if you would like to continue seeing Sandra you will need to contact her office for an appointment/refills on medications. Or please find a new doctor as soon as possible for further healthcare.

For all medical records request, please use your patient portal or leave us a voicemail at (863) 467-8771. We will update everyone if anything changes regarding records requests.
