As promised, a “how-to” for shadow work. This is brave and sacred work, and an ongoing process, because life is messy, and things will continue to fall in our path. Sometimes these things are blessings and can be used as stepping stones, sometimes they are blockages that need to be cleared away, sometimes they are obstacles we are meant to go around. Use your best judgment and don’t be afraid to ask for help along the way! May you be blessed and be a blessing to those around you. So it is.
