The Open Hands’ Lake Okeechobee Run 5K & 10K is on Saturday November 15, 2025. It includes the following events: Open Hands’ Lake Okeechobee 10k and Open Hands’ Lake Okeechobee 5K.

Deadline for entry into the friendly team competition is with team names and participants is 11/1.

Praise God for All American medical training. This class is for all but will also have a focus on emergencies in dental offices.

Really cool to be able to look back at the results from our last 5/10K in 2023 on this site. Some amazing athletes. Excited to see what will happen this year. May God continue to be glorified.

Praise God for WRC CPA tax services. Thankful; not only are they sponsoring our 5/10K, Tiffany volunteers as both a board member and our treasurer.
