The hubby got to take advantage of me having a spot open this morning, due to my client having a sprained ankle and rescheduling. He's been working hard....and needed some self care before another work day.

With much encouragement from my current clients I will be having a price increase in my Thai Bodywork sessions. If you havent had a session you dont know just how physical this work is,but if you know, you KNOW. I have over 6 years of hands on daily experience, and have traveled to Sarasota Florida,Chicago,Tulsa,Noble,and most recently to Thailand for trainings in my work. New pricing will go into effect starting in May, a 90 minute session will be $110. I've always told others charge what you're worth. And now I'm taking my own advice 🙏

Long post...so read if you will

I wanted to share something on this wonderful Saturday. Am I tooting my own horn?Possibly I could be. I try to keep that in check and give God credit for gifting me the ability and knowledge from my teachers, as I feel I was meant for this. BUT it is just so satisfying after over 6 years of being a Thai Bodywork practitioner, the clients who return regularly because of how much better they feel. Today I had a client who comes in very consistently because we helped her avoid frozen shoulder surgery. Her Doc encouraged her to come to me to see if we could do it...and we DID. The next client today came in for the 1st time after being in pain for months. One of my other clients finally talked him into giving Thai Bodywork a try. After working on him for his 90 minute session, we got his hip back in alignment for the 1st time in a LONG time. He was so excited to feel such a difference after that big clunk of a pop as it slide back to where it belongs. It makes me so happy when someone leaves the studio smiling and a spring in their step. Using my gifts to help others is my jam. I LOVE it!!

Even on the snowy days we make a way to do Thai Bodywork sessions. I LOVE helping clients feel better. This cold weather can really make bodies ache....so glad I can be here to help🙏💜

Compliment of the day as a new client is leaving and is in love with how Thai Bodywork made her feel..She pays in advance for her husband to come in for a session and tells him "Oh honey you will just love it, she has the strongest hands I've ever felt and my body has not felt this good in so long."

Join me at the Okfuskee County History Center for a very fun workshop Sunday February 15th 3-4:30PM learning to work on your partner with assisted stretching just in time for Valentines. This will be a great experience for couples to bond, or best buddies to learn how to help ease shoulder tension and tightness, work on flexibility, tired feet, sore hands etc. Complementary champagne(or water), dark chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries🍓, and a few other treats will be provided.
