Join me at the Okfuskee County History Center for a very fun workshop Sunday February 15th 3-4:30PM learning to work on your partner with assisted stretching just in time for Valentines. This will be a great experience for couples to bond, or best buddies to learn how to help ease shoulder tension and tightness, work on flexibility, tired feet, sore hands etc. Complementary champagne(or water), dark chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries🍓, and a few other treats will be provided. Price is $80 per couple.Class size will be limited, so reserve this special date using my venmo or cashapp links in comments.

READ ALL.....Today marks 5 years of being a Thai Bodywork practitioner! I wanted to share pictures of some of my trainings that were in Florida, Chicago, and I attended 2 other trainings in Oklahoma under Florida teachers. I also wanted to share some pics of me working on clients and a couple are of me working on my teacher, and me getting worked on. I love working on Thai Bodywork clients to help them feel better in their bodies, less stressed, giving them more freedom of mobility, less pain, and flexibility. It's something that gives me SO much pride to help others. NOW if you read ALL of that, I want to celebrate my 5 years by giving away (2) 90 minuteThai Bodywork sessions valued at $90. The 1st one will be for a new client whom I have never had the pleasure of working on, the 2nd one is for a current Thai Bodywork client.
