It's Pure Yoga Studios 10 year Anniversary!! I definitely made my dream a reality...To say that I'm grateful for TEN years of amazing people who have attended my classes is simply not enough. I hope you enjoy some of the photos I've gathered up from Okemah, Morris,Mommy and me yoga, Henryetta, Thlopthlocco classes,Okmulgee, OSU-IT, lake yoga, deck yoga in the woods, beach yoga wine and yoga events, ladies dance yoga and so much more. I just wanted to say how proud I am of our 5:30AM yoga class. We have yoga sculpt and strength building fusion on Monday's and Wednesdays, and Fridays is a slow gentle restorative class. I've held this class for going on 10 years now and we currently have 10 active students who are attending faithfully, and that's a big commitment! I say Bravo to the ones who come into the studio, and ones who Zoom in(one is even in Texas). You don't get old because you age, you get old because you stop moving. 🙏

I'm excited to celebrate my 9 year yoga Anniversary! At least 9 years of leading yoga classes for a career. I've practiced yoga for over 23 years, but as of October 6th it will be my 9 year yogaversary. I will be posting pics of classes and the many locations I've led classes over this span of time leading up to Dec. 6th. I'm so grateful to each of you who have made these years so rewarding! I may give out a few prizes to celebrate.

Need some stretching, flexibility, and more ease in your body and joints? Yoga truly helps, I just happened to have my yoga pup on my mat in my Zen room early this morning. Perry was soaking in the sun and making a good pillow while I stretched.

I finally got around to sharing another class option(tonight we were pretty full). But this Okemah night class option is Monday's and Thursday's 7PM and is always a slow deep stretch class.

As promised this week I'm showing times of ALL of the different yoga classes I offer . This one is for our chair and mat class. We have chair yoga on Monday's and Wednesday's @10:30. You can come in the studio or Zoom from anywhere you choose. Let me tell you, chair yoga class is not EASY, we use a weighted ball, hand weights, use the chair for balance assistance when standing, then finish out class down on our mats. This group is made up of retired clients primarily, but is also geared for physically and mobility challenged folks at any age. Join us! Side Note: I had to share a pic of our beautiful very 1st studio location almost 9 years ago in my photos. We worked so hard.

We have adjusted our early morning class to 6AM for the summer months. Class is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, lasts 53 minutes, and is $65 monthly. We have men and women who come into the studio or join via Zoom. Mondays and Wednesdays are yoga power/strength sculpt and Fridays are deep stretch slow flow to wind down for the weekend. No yoga experience necessary(beginners welcome), I lead and cue every transition and pose, and you start and come as you are. Message me to join us.
