UPDATE 2nd session SOLD OUT!! I had a request to offer a second class due to the 2 PM class selling out, so here it is(please read all info). If you would like to sign up for 4:30 PM class on New Year's Day for, Deep Relaxation, Restorative, Refreshed yoga. Get a full experience of the most relaxing yoga practice you can enjoy with warmed towels wrapping your feet, cucumber pads on your eyes underneath a weighted lavender scented eye pillow, while I use oils to relax your neck and shoulders. Class size limited to 10, and is $25. Prepay by Cashapp or Venmo(unless you work out arrangements with me). Links in comments to prepay.

It's Pure Yoga Studios 10 year Anniversary!! I definitely made my dream a reality...To say that I'm grateful for TEN years of amazing people who have attended my classes is simply not enough. I just wanted to say how proud I am of our 5:30AM yoga class. We have yoga sculpt and strength building fusion on Monday's and Wednesdays, and Fridays is a slow gentle restorative class. I've held this class for going on 10 years now and we currently have 10 active students who are attending faithfully, and that's a big commitment! I say Bravo to the ones who come into the studio, and ones who Zoom in(one is even in Texas). You don't get old because you age, you get old because you stop moving. 🙏

I'm excited to celebrate my 9 year yoga Anniversary! At least 9 years of leading yoga classes for a career. I've practiced yoga for over 23 years, but as of October 6th it will be my 9 year yogaversary. I will be posting pics of classes and the many locations I've led classes over this span of time leading up to Dec. 6th. I'm so grateful to each of you who have made these years so rewarding! I may give out a few prizes to celebrate.
