Something feels off, but you're not sure where to turn; here's a simple guide to choosing the right healthcare provider.
People usually seek care for two reasons:
A. Concerning symptoms
B. Concerning lab or imaging results
If you have symptoms:
You choose a practitioner you believe can help.
This could be an MD, acupuncturist, chiropractor, homeopath, or others.
If it works, you move on.
If not, you try a different provider or approach.
If your concern comes from labs or imaging:
You often follow the recommendation of the provider who ordered the test.
If it aligns, you proceed with treatment.
If not, you explore alternative options.
In both cases:
You want someone who can solve your problem.
You likely look for providers who take your insurance first.
If that works, great.
If not, you consider paying out of pocket.
Different paths can look like this:
Functional medicine, more testing, more findings, not always resolving the original issue.
Other approaches; you may feel better, but still question lab results.
It can feel overwhelming.
What matters most:
A practitioner who values the basics.
Quality sleep.
Clean water.
Proper nutrition.
Reducing toxic exposures.
These foundational imbalances are often the root cause.
Treatments and supplements can help, but they are not the full solution.
If you're looking for:
A practitioner who sees the whole picture.
Someone who considers both labs and lifestyle.
A focus on true, foundational healing.
I'm here to help.
