Attention injection patients with Dog in their serum…

Beginning October 1, 2025 we will begin using
“Ultra Filtered” Dog antigen which will help alleviate your symptoms better.

Because of the change, there will be a dose adjustment:

•Those on maintenance dose bottles will restart the bottle.

•Those building will be taken back a TBD number of doses upon Dr. Mohan’s personal review.

Thank you for your understanding as we make this change to better everyone’s care.

Just a reminder, as announced August 1st, today is the first Wednesday we will close for the day at 11:30AM with the last injections given at 11AM. This schedule change will only be on Wednesdays through February 5th when Jessica Baird rejoins us after maternity leave. Thank you.

We would like to welcome Jessica Baird, DNP, FNP-BC to Okemos Allergy Center.

Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2016. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Okemos Allergy Center in 2023.

Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and completing her Doctorate, Jessica worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital for over 6 years as a registered nurse. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.

Additionally, she is a Lecturer in the School of Nursing at the University of Michigan.

Welcome aboard Jessica!
