Lansing & Brighton, MI | 💵 $40K–$42K + Bonuses | 🕐 Evenings/Weekends Required

Are you an experienced caregiver ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re hiring two full-time professionals for a hybrid position that combines:

✅ 20 hrs/week of caregiving

✅ 20 hrs/week of training, office support, and on-call coordination

✅ Weekend and evening coverage

As a Lead Caregiver Trainer & Office Assistant, you’ll:

Train and onboard new caregivers

Support weekend and evening scheduling

Conduct supervisory visits and maintain records

Ensure smooth operations across Lansing & Brighton

Be the vital link between caregivers, clients, and the office team

✔️ Experience in caregiving, training, or office support

✔️ Strong communication & multitasking skills
