Sturdy boots during this time can be an ankle saver!!!

Slips and falls during winter weather can be avoided with proper shoe gear. Shoes and boots with sturdy treads provide appropriate traction during outdoor activities. Socks should be made of wool or synthetic fabrics to insulate and keep feet dry. http://ow.ly/LO1a50M7BH1
