Day 2 of the Workshop with is in the books! What a fantastic weekend introducing people to the wonderful world of the Chen Family Gongfu Frame! People had fun learning all the different ways their bodies can create and transform force, and all of the different noises I am capable of making when Ryan elbows me in the ribs.

Some fun action shots from the Liberation Jiu-Jitsu Summit at !

I had been wanting to get back into pressure-testing my martial arts skills, and between the Denver tournament last weekend and this, it feels like I dove head-first into the deep end, but it feels good! I can say for 100% certain that my tai chi practice has enhanced my overall fighting ability. I move in a way that’s much more connected and integrated and it’s helped both my stand-up and even my ground grappling! Looking forward to finding new opportunities to test myself in the near future!
