✨Reflections 2025✨

Although I have my own feelings about how we bring in the new year in the middle of winter during these contemporary times I do welcome in the energy of reflection and transformation. At any point in our lives we have the beautiful and powerful blessing of being able to transform. This is a good time to plant seeds of intention. Instead of feeling the pressure to produce or perform this winter, instead, allow yourself to daydream. There is so much magic when we tune in and open ourselves up to the possibilities. Becoming involves not only creating but shedding in order to grow. As we learn we are not who we once were, we are constantly in a state of creation. Here’s to showing ourselves love by having the courage to believe in what we wish for.

it’s feeling like autumn in the studio ✨🍁

massage therapy is a wonderful way to take care of your body and to help manage the stress in every day life. stress can impact us so much more than we realize. physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. having high levels of cortisol can have dramatic consequences on the body physically as well as influencing our emotional reactions which can effect the relationships with those around us. when we take time to ground ourselves within our own bodies we can show up and be fully present in our life.

In an effort to make massage therapy more accessible for everyone Mars Bodywork is now eligible to accept
HSA/FSA payments.

✨Please call and speak with your group prior to the session to verify eligibility for Therapeutic Massage as some may have different requirements.

✨Additional Information may also be required so inform me if this is your preferred payment method so l can provide specific information with your receipt at the time of check out.

✨When eligibility is verified there are usually no issues but it is always best to come prepared with an alternative form of payment just in case.

Mars Bodywork turns ✨2✨

this summer my massage therapy practice turned 2 years old. i have learned so much that it has felt longer than that. there have been so many changes as well as ups & downs that have shaped who i am as a person as well as a therapist. as always thank you all for being on this journey with me, i could not do it without each and every one of you. two brings in the vibration of balance, unity, intuition, feminine energy, and creativity. i hope to bring more of this energy in as my business expands.

i look forward to seeing where this next year takes me, thank you all for growing along beside me 🌿
