✨Reflections 2025✨

Although I have my own feelings about how we bring in the new year in the middle of winter during these contemporary times I do welcome in the energy of reflection and transformation. At any point in our lives we have the beautiful and powerful blessing of being able to transform. This is a good time to plant seeds of intention. Instead of feeling the pressure to produce or perform this winter, instead, allow yourself to daydream. There is so much magic when we tune in and open ourselves up to the possibilities. Becoming involves not only creating but shedding in order to grow. As we learn we are not who we once were, we are constantly in a state of creation. Here’s to showing ourselves love by having the courage to believe in what we wish for.

it’s feeling like autumn in the studio ✨🍁

massage therapy is a wonderful way to take care of your body and to help manage the stress in every day life. stress can impact us so much more than we realize. physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. having high levels of cortisol can have dramatic consequences on the body physically as well as influencing our emotional reactions which can effect the relationships with those around us. when we take time to ground ourselves within our own bodies we can show up and be fully present in our life.
