We had another fun day helping out at the Mobile Market! Volunteers help pack and distribute free produce to people across OKC. At each stop, OKMRC volunteers either assist with collecting data, traffic control, distributing COVID-19 home tests kits, menstrual kits, or distributing produce to families in need. On average, we serve 300 individuals each Friday. On Saturday distributions, we serve 460! Thank you, OKMRC!!!

🩸 STOP THE BLEED Training – Don’t Miss It!

As we head into the busy holiday season, more folks are hitting the road and tackling home projects — and accidents can happen when we least expect them. Knowing how to control severe bleeding can save a life before help arrives. 🚗🛠️

Join us for our upcoming STOP THE BLEED training! This class is open to anyone who wants to learn these lifesaving skills — we just ask that all non-OKMRC volunteers register in advance so we have enough supplies and seats available. Non-OKMRC folks can register by scanning the QR Code on the flyer or emailing csuns@tulsa-health.org.

💙 Bonus for OKMRC Volunteers: You’ll receive your own individual bleeding control kit for your go-bag after completing the training!
