Exercise (Dr. Movement) is important, but if done improperly, can cause more damage.
Your body has a specific way to move that is optimal for performance. Getting results also requires the right kind of exercises in the proper amounts. Too much heavy lifting or aerobic exercise can prevent you from getting your desired results
The Tallyoto Experience will teach you how to move in order achieve the best results in the fastest and safest way possible.

Rest (Dr. Quiet) is just as important as exercise.
It includes sleep, meditation and active rest.
Rest is not only the amount and quality of sleep you get, it is also cutting back on physical stress through activity.
For a combat athlete, a session of yoga could be a form of active rest. A nice brisk walk instead of a 3-mile run, is also a form of active rest.
The Tallyoto Experience will teach you how to meditate, when to rest, and how to improve your quality of sleep.
What we eat (Dr. Diet) has a tremendous impact on all areas of our health.
It affects our sleep, training, and mental/emotional state-of-being. Food is medicine, and like all other medicines if taken in the wrong dose, it does way more harm than good. Too much emphasis is put on how much we eat (calories,carbs,proteins,fats) instead of the quality and balance of meals.
