Our team consists of certified personal trainers and nutritionists who possess extensive knowledge and experience. The Tallyoto Experience is not a gym, it is a way of Life.

Health and fitness are not how much you lift, how fast you can run, or what size you wear. Health is more than how you look and feel physically; your mental and spiritual well-being are key as well. Being “fit” and being healthy are not synonymous

The human body is an amazing creation full of wonder. Our bodies can do miraculous things; However like everything else in this world they need the proper maintenance. The Tallyoto Experience is about teaching and learning how to maintain our Souls precious vessels. There are only 4 doctors you’ll ever need once you achieve a healthy state-of-being:

Doctor Movement
Doctor Quiet
Doctor Diet
Doctor Happy

Exercise (Dr. Movement) is important, but if done improperly, can cause more damage.

Your body has a specific way to move that is optimal for performance. Getting results also requires the right kind of exercises in the proper amounts. Too much heavy lifting or aerobic exercise can prevent you from getting your desired results

The Tallyoto Experience will teach you how to move in order achieve the best results in the fastest and safest way possible. Rest (Dr. Quiet) is just as important as exercise. It includes sleep, meditation and active rest. Rest is not only the amount and quality of sleep you get, it is also cutting back on physical stress through activity. For a combat athlete, a session of yoga could be a form of active rest. A nice brisk walk instead of a 3-mile run, is also a form of active rest. The Tallyoto Experience will teach you how to meditate, when to rest, and how to improve your quality of sleep. What we eat (Dr. Diet) has a tremendous impact on all areas of our health. It affects our sleep, training, and mental/emotional state-of-being. Food is medicine, and like all other medicines if taken in the wrong dose, it does way more harm than good. Too much emphasis is put on how much we eat (calories,carbs,proteins,fats) instead of the quality and balance of meals. The Tallyoto Experience will teach you the importance a proper diet for your specific metabolic type. Happiness (Dr. Happy) is one of the most overlooked aspects of health. The body is a reflection of your mind;
How we think affects what we feel. The Tallyoto Experience will help you find what makes you truly happy, what it is that you want out of life, and how to ultimately obtain and maintain true happiness through fulfillment.

You must develop a healthy relationship with food. Your thoughts and feelings about what you eat ABSOLUTELY has an impact on your health.

Without carbs your proteins cannot be utilized to the fullest. Without carbs your muscles can't function at the optimal capacity.

Box food bad
Can food less healthy than fresh.
If it doesn't have an expiration date it's less than ideal to eat ( generally speaking)

Find what you enjoy eating and what makes you feel best long term. Everyone is going to have a slightly different diet because everyone is different.

Working out Vs Training

It's easy to chalk this up to semantics but let's dive into it.

"Working out" is needed Movement is medicine.

Training happens when you bring structure To those workouts. Structure allows for consistency creates results.

DO NOT stop working out. How ever try Training for 8 weeks, I promise you won't regret.

Consistency will take you places motivation could never. Discipline is doing what must be done and acting like you love.

It doesn't matter if you work for 10 mins or 3 hours. What does matter is that you do the work everyday. Piece by piece.

everything begins to fall In place.

A habit or vice is merely Consistency working against us instead of us using it as a tool.

❗️❗️❗️Spot light moment❗️❗️❗️

Kendra didn't like how her lake and beach photos turned out this summer and set goal to lean out before her cruise this up coming spring. We knew the holidays were not going to be easy but she was determined to be a new person by 2023.

Movement:
She currently lifts HEAVY 2x a week and does Hiit the other 3 days.

Diet:
Eats between 1600 2100 calories 45/35/20

We utilized a 36 hour reward window once a week. ( eat and drink what ever she pleases)

Quiet:
10 mins meditation before picking her children up from daycare ( single mother of 3)

Happy:
Must schedule something for her self 2x month that is at least 3 hours dedicated to her needs.

What should I expect during a cupping treatment?

Cupping is sometimes performed with acupuncture treatments. For best results, you may also want to fast or eat only light meals 2 to 3 hours before your cupping session.

During a cupping treatment, you can expect the following:

Your practitioner will ask you what symptoms you’ve been experiencing, likely taking a detailed health history if this is your first time visiting them.

The practitioner will place cups on your skin.

You’ll feel a sucking sensation and pressure as the cups are suctioned.

The practitioner may use heat or suction alone to place the cups.

Depending on the type of cupping, the practitioner may leave you to rest for a few minutes before they return to remove the cups.

Your skin may turn red and show light bruising after your session.
