Having a plan in place before severe weather hits helps reduce stress and keeps you and your loved ones safer. Stay informed, prepare a go-bag or emergency kit, plan for backup power, identify safe spaces in your home, and be sure everyone knows the communication and evacuation plan.

April is dedicated to raising awareness about Parkinson’s disease, a progressive neurological condition that affects movement, balance, and daily independence for those suffering from the disease. Symptoms such as tremors, muscle rigidity, slowed movement, and balance challenges often develop gradually, and while there is currently no cure, education, awareness, and supportive care can make a meaningful difference.
At Principle Home Healthcare, we recognize that every Parkinson’s journey is unique. Through compassionate in-home care, encouragement of safe movement and exercise, and support for both patients and families, we strive to help individuals maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life, right where they feel safest - at home.
