Do you make New Years Resolutions? I normally do not but this year I am going to. My resolution is to make time for me.

I tell my clients all the time to make sure they are taking care of themselves. Put the oxygen mask on yourself first! But I don’t do a good job of heeding my own advice. For my personal life, for my business life I need to do better. I need to remember it is not selfish to do the work to keep yourself heathy.
