What to Pack in Your Hospital Bag for Delivery! 👜👶

Mama-to-be, it’s almost time! Here’s a checklist of essentials to pack in your hospital bag so you’re ready when labor starts:

✨ For You:
✔️ Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (think nursing-friendly options!)
✔️ Cozy socks & slippers
✔️ Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, chapstick, etc.)
✔️ Maternity pads & nursing bras
✔️ Phone charger (extra-long cord is best!)
✔️ Important documents (ID, insurance info)

✨ For Baby:
✔️ Onesies & sleepers (pack a couple of sizes!)
✔️ Swaddle blankets
✔️ Going-home outfit
✔️ Diapers & wipes (most hospitals provide some, but extras don’t hurt!)
✔️ Car seat (installed & ready to go!)

✨ For Your Support Person:
✔️ Change of clothes
✔️ Pillow & blanket
✔️ Snacks & drinks
✔️ Toiletries
