It’s spooky season and it’s looking so fun! 🦇🎃

This month we have exciting events for both members and non-members:

👯‍♀️ Pull Up Foundations
Working toward your first pull-up? This class is for you. Pull-ups can challenge your pelvic floor more than you might expect. We will explain why and give tips to keep you safe. The session ends with a family-friendly, all-levels workout. This class is weight-free, so kids are welcome as long as they are supervised or stay in the play area.

Fun things coming up for THIS weekend!
FRIDAY-- we are excited to be a part of the Women's Expo at the OK State Fair. Come see us and over 200 other female focused booths in the Oklahoma Expo Hall from 2-6PM.

SATURDAY-- we are meeting from 9-10AM @ the Uplift Studio for a free deadlifting workshop and workout, all levels welcome workout. Children are welcome to play in our childcare room or hang out in a stroller while weights are out.
