On 10/21/24 there was a main water break on memorial and Meridian.
Our North office has been without running water or working restrooms since Monday. We are having to adjust appointments as we get updates of when water will be turned back on. Please be patient with our office as we continue to get updates from Oklahoma City utility workers.

Sylvester Eye Care is an outpatient Class A certified facility.

As a patient, you can feel confident that safety is our top priority. Facility staff are appropriately trained and certified. The facility equipment and supplies are well maintained, up to date, and properly stored to ensure safe use. Staff also participate in regular training and drills to prepare for natural disasters and human-impacted emergencies and ensure readiness to act to keep you safe in the unlikely event of such emergencies.

Get Eclipse Glasses that meet ISO 12312-2 standards to view the sun. Nobody wants an eclipse shaped blind spot (solar retinopathy) or a cornea sunburn (photokeratitis)!
