Leading this effort is our Activities Director, Sarah Speratos. With creativity and compassion, she transforms daily moments into meaningful experiences—tailoring activities to individual needs and bringing residents’ own ideas to life.

On July 31, Bridges Health proudly hosted the Oklahoma City edition of the Texas/Oklahoma Chapter’s Let’s Talk ESOP event at our home office.

As a 100% employee-owned company, we shared how ownership shapes our identity, fuels recruitment, and drives culture—from a managed community’s powerful story of resilience to our Communications Committee’s strategies for making the ESOP real and relatable.
