At Grace Skilled Nursing and Therapy - Norman, generations come together in a way that brings learning, connection, and purpose to life.

We’re proud to see Grace Norman, a Bridges Health managed community, featured for its partnership with Norman Public Schools and the Intergenerational School at Grace.

Preschool students and “grandfriends” share daily moments—reading, music, art, and more—creating benefits that go both ways: empathy and growth for children, purpose and joy for residents.

This is care, connection, and community—working exactly as it should.

Shout out to OU Daily and its student journalists for telling the story.

As energetic preschoolers wave rainbow-colored scarves during their daily music and movement class, their audience isn’t just teachers — elderly nursing home residents also wave scarves to the music and

Leadership Matters.

During National Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, we are grateful for the dedicated women and men who lead our communities and foster supportive environments for both residents and staff. Their role is often challenging, yet always essential—guiding daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting teams as they strive to deliver care that enhances both quality of care and quality of life.

We thank our administrators for the commitment, leadership, and steady presence they bring each day as they help create communities that honor the remarkable people entrusted to our care.

Yes, it’s true—our residents love their bingo, birthday parties, and Bible studies! 🎉

But behind those moments is something deeper. Our dedicated team of Activity Directors works every day to create opportunities for residents to socialize, belong, find purpose, be entertained, and stay connected. From lively group events to one-on-one visits for those who prefer the comfort of their rooms, they also provide materials that support individual hobbies and passions.

Recently, Activity Directors from Bridges Health managed communities across Oklahoma gathered for training, hands-on workshops, and the sharing of best practices—working together to inspire programs that help every resident spend their day in the most meaningful and enjoyable way possible.

Thank you to the activity professionals whose creativity and dedication bring smiles to our residents and foster the connections that make our communities feel like home.

🎄 Merry Christmas! 🎄

It’s Christmas Day—and while it may be a bit too warm for cozy sweaters, crackling fires, or dreams of snow ❄️—the heart of this season remains unchanged. Each of you brings meaning, purpose, and heart to what makes this season so special—animating our days as we renew traditions, rekindle relationships, and reflect on the many blessings we share. ✨

At Bridges Health and our managed communities, team members understand that showing up with purpose matters. Newsweek and global data intelligence firm Statista recently released their 2026 list of America’s Best Nursing Homes, an honor earned by fewer than 8% of the nation’s Medicare - and Medicaid-certified long-term care communities. Facilities were evaluated on performance data, peer recommendations, accreditations, and resident satisfaction — with performance data carrying increased weight this year to reflect the growing emphasis on clinical quality metrics.

In Oklahoma, fifteen facilities were recognized, including three Bridges Health–managed communities in the 100–149 beds category:
👉Bradford Village Healthcare Center — Edmond
👉River Valley Skilled Nursing & Therapy — Clinton
👉Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy, Norman OK

We are extremely proud to be counted among the best nursing homes in America, recognized for delivering measurable care quality and earning the trust and confidence of our residents and their families.

Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to the leadership and teams of these nationally recognized communities for representing Bridges Health with excellence.

Bradford Village Healthcare Center in Edmond — a 2025 American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Silver Quality Award Recipient — recently hosted an open house that included an official Edmond Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting for our newly completed skilled nursing wing.

We’re grateful to the Chamber and to the many community partners who joined us in celebrating this milestone as we expand access to even more welcoming, comfortable private rooms for our skilled therapy patients.

Proud to be Oklahoma-based, 100% employee-owned, and committed to being a leading resource for our community. 🙌
