Join us as we welcome GBO OK Director and head judge Crystal Bragg and Whitney Baze, promoter of the GBO Crossroads Classic, for a hands-on workshop designed to prepare you to step on stage.

We’ve got some exciting growth happening over here at The Strength Factory 💪 and Prepped for Success 🍽️ and with the increase in meal orders, we’re making a small change to serve you even better!

👉 All meal orders are now due by Wednesday at 11:59 PM

This adjustment helps us keep up with the high demand and continue providing you with the quality and consistency you deserve! 🙌

Pickup will remain the same:
📦 Saturday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
