Have you ever wondered where to start with changing your posture?
Has it felt like every time you've tried to "straighten up," you have back pain for simply just cannot hold the posture?
Try this very simple move: with your weight forward in the paws of your feet, bring a slight bend to your knee. Place your hands in the V shape between your hip and your thigh where your pinky finger goes in the crease. Simply push your p***c bone down and allow your belly to come forward as your hips move backward. You just created a very soft and smooth curve of your lower back while increasing the space for your glutes and pelvic floor. Be sure to breathe throughout the movement, with the belly creating most of the breath. Try it out, and let me know how it goes for you! 🫶🏼
