You get what you pay for. Don’t Groupon your face. This right here could have been devastating if injected at home, on the black market, by an esthetician or unlicensed/untrained person, or with the needleless hyaluron pen.

This is a positive aspiration doing midface filler. I could have accidentally injected filler into this blood vessel, causing a vascular occlusion and a host of related issues. But I was able to identify it quickly, stop, and start over in another injection point. A rare but important reminder: positive aspiration is why we always take our time, follow protocols, and never rush injections. Your safety is our top priority. Trust your injector.
