If you’re on thyroid medication but still dealing with fatigue, weight changes, feeling cold, hair shedding, or thinning brows... it’s time to look beyond T4.

Free T3 is the active thyroid hormone.
It’s what actually fuels your cells.

You can have “normal” labs and still have a Free T3 that’s too low for your body.

One of the most important questions you can ask your provider:

“What is my Free T3 level... and is it optimal?”
