Way to go Matt! Always willing to educate and help others.

Welcome our newest board member Matt Rogers!

Matt graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he also met his wife in a business class. Together, they discovered both a professional partnership and a shared calling to serve others through senior care.

Their journey began in 2009, when Matt’s great aunt, Willa, experienced cognitive decline and could no longer live safely on her own in Northern California. After moving in with Matt’s parents on the family farm where she was raised, Willa’s health and overall well-being improved dramatically. This experience deeply shaped Matt’s understanding of the power of compassionate, personalized care and inspired his lifelong commitment to helping seniors and families.

In 2015, Matt and his wife opened their first senior care business in South Florida. Building on that foundation, they launched Lifestar Home Care in Oklahoma in 2022. Their agency reflects both their professional expertise and their personal belief that seniors thrive when surrounded by support, dignity, and respect.

Matt and his wife are also proud parents of two children, and they remain dedicated to strengthening the home care industry through collaboration, education, and advocacy. As a board member of Oklahoma Professionals for Home Care, Matt is committed to advancing best practices and supporting agency owners in delivering high-quality care across the state.
