Colon Cancer Awareness Month, or more commonly known as March, is almost over... but that doesn't mean the threat of colon cancer is. In fact, colon cancer is affecting more people and at younger ages. It's recommended to get screened at age 45, or younger if there are symptoms or history in the family. Talk to your family and friends about it too. Colon Cancer is preventable if caught early! 💙

Still recovering from an incredible weekend of inspiration and celebration. I wanted to take a pause to reflect on my journey, and all the people who have impacted my life.

I am deeply humbled and incredibly honored to be named in the inaugral class of 52 Women to KNOW in Oklahoma.

Community service, connection, and leadership has always been a huge part of my life.

This recognition means more to me than I can fully express. To be surrounded by such powerful, purpose-driven women — each making an impact in her own way — is both inspiring and affirming. It’s a reminder that when women support women, incredible things happen.

I am so grateful to the KNOW team for creating a platform that celebrates leadership, resilience, and authentic stories. Being included among this group of trailblazing women is truly a privilege.
