ESTABLISHED PATIENT EXCLUSIVE:
Some patients have asked if it’s possible to do less than a half syringe (for just a little extra fullness or touching up borders), the answer has always been yes - at half syringe price… UNTIL NOW! 💞🌸

Established lip patients can now add a quarter syringe of lip filler to any tox treatment 🤗

Now we don’t believe that a quarter syringe is enough for first time filler patients which is why this option is limited to established lip patients. If you had lip filler elsewhere, that doesn’t count either because this is an add-on treatment, meant for patients who have a relationship with us. This is not casual - us having a relationship and knowing each other means we can take care of your needs, despite a shortened lip appt time.

In order to be eligible for a quarter syringe at our practice, you must fit the following TWO requirements:

1) Had LIP FILLER at LARA CLINIC within the last two years

2) Your tox appt is a minimum $350 (this can be met by doing two areas of tox or masseter tox).

RN took a cadaver course this weekend. She was able to inject tox and filler into cadaver and dissect to assess its proper placement. She had a blast and the training doctor even commented on her surgery-like precision. 💉🙌

Both RN Kalli and PA Leslie have previously taken this course and Leslie’s background prior to medical aesthetics was ENT/head & neck surgery.

why did we do it this way?
first, often times patients can be nervous about doing “too much,” although we let patient know that she’d likely return to add more, she preferred starting with less. The ball was in her court.

We also don’t mind starting with half, even if we think you may want more because it gives us an opportunity to hydrate and prime the lips for more filler.

If there are more lip lines or lips are inverted, starting with a smaller amount can help tissue acclimate to filler before turning up the volume.

Once lips were primed, we were able to add a full syringe that resulted in a smoother, natural looking result. Keep in mind, swelling is present in bottom photo, and they will heal slightly smaller.

sometimes with smaller upper lip profiles we will start with half syringe and have you come back for more sessions. building can help maintain desired shape and reduce strain on lips. many patients achieve their “lip goals” within two-three sessions.

Practice owner, injector and board certified physician assistant. I don’t talk about myself online anymore (in my privacy is precious era lol) but when it comes to medspas, it’s important that you know the practice and providers. Anyone can make themselves look good online, but who are they IRL?

Here’s a little bit about me and my background:

I am a daughter of two immigrants and I grew up in Oklahoma City. I majored in nutritional sciences / allied health and minored in microbiology, graduating as 1 of 10 outstanding seniors across my class at Oklahoma State.

Following undergrad, I continued my studies at OU college of medicine’s physician associate program. I was one of the youngest in that class and when I started my big girl job, I was shaking in my scrubs.

I put on a good front but being 24, working as first-assist in the operating room and seeing the challenges patients and providers face in the for profit American health complex was not great for my mental health. I didn’t want it anymore.

Seeing as my medical speciality was in ENT / head and neck surgery, I began to delve into alternative careers in medicine. The med spa industry seemed like a no brainer with my experience level and interest in the beauty industry.

I relocated to Dallas, TX and got my start injecting there at two prominent medical spas. During this time, I built and gained notoriety through my former social media account, .

There was no place like home, and no place for ME at home. I wanted a place where I could inject without selling patients on unnecessary treatments and without influence from pharmaceutical and laser companies.

A place like that was possible I thought, one that is solely based in providing safe and efficacious treatments with decades worth of research. One that that was also cute, warm and inviting, that spoke to someone like me.

And that’s how LARA, Leslie A. Reap Aesthetic Clinic was born.
