The Oklahoma Mental Health Impact Legislative Reception came together because of an incredible group of partners and community members who showed up, supported one another, and made the space what it was. We were able to engage in meaningful conversations such as success metrics, data, and how to better align efforts across the state.
We recognized Captain Gene Bradley of the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office with the Public Safety Impact Award, Joy Sloan of Green Country Behavioral Health Services with the Partnership in Healthcare Award, and Rep. Mark Lawson with the Legislative Impact Award.
We’re grateful for everyone who was part of it, including Healthy Minds Policy Initiative, RIDE CARE, the Alliance of Mental Health Providers of Oklahoma, NAMI Oklahoma, Mental Health Association Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Hospital Association, and the Behavioral Health Center at Porter Village.
MyCare is proud to stand alongside partners who are doing the work every day to move mental health forward in Oklahoma.
