Our therapists are always exploring new ways to care for themselves, too! Earlier this month our therapists Karie and Tye took part in a two-day tai chi workshop co-lead by one of our other therapists, Angel! Tai chi is a martial art that emphasizes slow, mindful movement to help build internal awareness of all the different connections in the body, which can improve your posture, balance, and overall resilience against daily wear and tear on the body. If youβre looking to try it yourself, Angel will be starting a weekly class at Dojo in midtown OKC. Stay tuned for more info!
